We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our Terms of Use, effective today. The changes we’ve made are intended to provide you with more clarity regarding your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber and are part of our efforts to ensure we keep you informed of practices related to your use of HBO NOW. As part of that effort, we want to call your attention to a few of the changes we’ve made. Specifically, we:
Expanded the list of prohibited uses in Section 12 of the Terms to include commonly restricted hampering technologies, such as viruses and bugs.
Reorganized Section 15 to address both the suspension and termination process.
Clarified in Section 24 of the Terms that we may use technologies to verify that users of HBO NOW are located within the United States, and that users are prohibited from using technologies to mask their locations.
We encourage you to read the new Terms of Use in full at the link above and to contact us at support if you have any questions.

Thank you,
