Subject: Celebrate the best in ATX tech by participating in our 2014 Fall Startup Crawl!

Are you ready for Austin Startup Week?

Our team is busy preparing for one of our largest events of the year, the 2014 Austin Startup Crawl Presented by Google for Entrepreneurs!

It was great celebrating with you at the 2013 Pre-SXSW Startup Crawl. We would love for your team to join us again for another round this fall.

What is Austin Startup Week?
Austin Startup Week is four full days dedicated to showcasing the best in talent, startups, and more that this city’s technology community has to offer.

What is the Austin Startup Crawl?
The Austin Startup Crawl is the ultimate opportunity to give visitors a glimpse into local businesses, provide companies with a recruiting tool, and help interested participants navigate the noise of Austin’s tech and startup scene.

Stop by for a free beverage, drop off a resume, check out some office space or just kick back before the Austin City Limits music festival.

Save the date
This event is slated for October 9th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m
. Stay tuned as we will be rolling out our RSVP page (special thanks to Umbel!) to receive your starting point and official map in the next few weeks.

Get Involved!
Participating as a table participant or host stop
Last year at SXSW we had more than 70 companies and thousands of crawlers. Although this crawl will not be as large in numbers as SXSW, we still anticipate hosting a few thousand attendees. Capital Factory has reserved the entire 1st Floor Atrium of the Omni Hotel in order to accommodate all of our startups and crawlers.

We are definitely mindful of startup budgets and try to accommodate everyone by offering varying levels of participation. For more information on the available opportunities, please review the attached guidebook.

Ready to get the party started? Registration for startups is now open.

Do you qualify as a startup?

If you have raised more than $10 million in funding or if you have more than 100 employees, you must register as a sponsor.
Participating as an official sponsor
Sponsorship participation includes, but is not limited to – sponsor party host, sponsor table host, VIP lounge sponsor, shuttle sponsor. For more information on the available opportunities, please review the attached guidebook.

Ready to get the party started? Registration for sponsors is now open.

Want to donate a product?
At Capital Factory, we continue to strengthen our support of local businesses. As part of this initiative, we offer sponsorship opportunities in the form of product donation for our Fall Startup Crawl. Our team is interested in exploring the idea of having businesses from across all industries. Help us keep Austin local!
