Google’s Autofill Mistakenly Makes Me Seem Like Quora’s Founder

I am not the founder of Quora.
I am not the founder of Quora.
Never ever have I represented that I am or was the founder of Quora.

I am not the founder of Quora.

Goodness the Quora community can be misguided. Be rough when I do not fulfill a comp Gift Card from SXSW when you don’t email me after SXSW. Don’t be rough because you can’t believe I’m right. Or super popular.

You see, google has Quora autofilled after my name. Now people think I’m leaving. I’m not leaving. I’m not the founder of Quora.

To further drive home the point that the Quora community can be misguided, I’ll list out SIX URBAN MYTHS ABOUT CREDIT. These are myths because they run counter to FCRA and rub me wrong because really, really astute and smart people that went to law school do not read the actual law. (Mike Arrington went to the Top 50 Law School known as Stanford Law. Jk, SLS is ranked #2 🙂 They, the duped, rely on “analyst coverage” and credit law heresy.

Remember law school teaches us how to be judges. Practicing law helps us be lawyers. Well, I didn’t go to law school but I do advise lawyers, legislators and policy makers and Congressman and presidents on credit law and credit policy and credit rules and regulations.

I may not abide by grammatical use of conjunction junctions but it is meant for hilarious malfunction.

Slap that into the Congressional record bitchez ;-D Do you know how hard humor is to incorporate?! Do you know how hard it is to regurgitate “School House Rock” in a dry credit policy testimonial?!

Uber. hard.

Ok- here are *ten urban myths*

-1- collections hurt your credit score.

Transitive Property of Paying Collections. SUCH A BIG ONE

-2- email and web works!

Electronic anything sucks for us consimers to use. Paper complaints, paper checks, paper USPS mail are the Achilles heel of credit bureaus (Trans Union Equifax Experian)

-3- Larry Chiang just regurgitates the FCRA

This is a myth. I also helped author specific passages in HR627, CARD ACT. It helps us.

Also, the law #LCECSPA.

-4- You need debt and credit usage to augment FICO

Ya don’t.

-5- Pulling your credit report hurts your credit.

It don’t!

-6- Co-signing as an NFL athlete won’t hurt your FICO.

We as pro athletes want to lend our allowance, never our name. Lol lol YOU HAVE AN ALLOWANCE!

YOU HAVE AN ALLOWANCE.

-7- A Credit Score of 719 gets you an Amex Starwood credit card

Maybe.

“Paying” me two night of your free hotel room that you’ll earn via the Amex Starwood Hotel will. By paying me, I mean transfer your first two nights comp.

Starwood hotel chain is Westin, Sheraton, St Regis, W Hotel, Palace, Collections, Le Meredien (sp?)

-8- It is impossible for foreign people to get credit.

This is not true because foreign people have discovered one of America’s best natural resources. No, it’s not the Grand Canyon or our vast network of natural gas we frack. The best American natural resource is a Larry Chiang credit blog post.

To you the foreigner, it’s free.

Welcome to America! Drink my blog posts in like an elixer that gets you euphoric with insight (as u throw up in your mouth:-) to
– How things work
– What to pay attention to
– how things might turn out for you.

-9- VCs have great FICO credit scores

They don’t.

-10- Duck9 is the best entity for credit mentorship

Jury is still out on that so let’s just say it’s still an urban myth transitioning to fact-fact-legend. Let me work to make that a reality
