My business partner Rick and I over the past 40-years have been in the Vending Industry, we have built million dollar vending routes for us and for our clients, we’ve trained hundreds and hundreds of newbies on how to “route scalp high-volume vending locations for their routes, we’ve been highly paid consultants for vending machine manufacturers, and we built and operated a very successful Vending Lease Management Company that we have operated for over 35+ years.

Our Vending Lease Management Company has overturned, signed, and sold over 1,000 hi-quality vending location contracts to what we call “3rd party venders” during this time period. After we sell the contract to a 3rd party vender our company for thousands of dollars each we receive 3% of the vender’s gross sales for the life of the contract. We then take on the roll of “vending management” for the locations, and advocate and mentors for the 3rd party vender.

I’ve been chronicling our entire vending careers for over 30-years, I turned my notes into 14 books on vending, our story starts with my book “Truth in Vending Blueprint – we built a million dollar full-line vending route in less than 3-years, after operating our route for about 5-years we sold our route/contracts off one location at a time, fully equipped with machines, and sales tax records, we doubled the asking price we had set for our entire route by using this method, and a new business was born “vending lease management -“Vending for Profit 1-2-3, our system of overturning vending contracts is called “route scalping”, these high-volume vending locations occupied are occupied by bottlers, national and local vending companies that are not keeping promises of great service and paying their commissions honestly and on time. We haven’t owned a single vending machine for over 35-years, we net from 80% to 90% on each contract we sell… The Art of Locating Vending Machines….
