There are secrets legendary growth hackers know that they are not telling you…

I just read

“6 important lessons from this year’s Growth Hacker Conference”

This is the tip: “Make money while you’re making money”.

Make money at the conference charging attendees while you’re making money building awareness.

Re-read the VentureBeat article.

Gagan Biyani growth hacked this Growth Hacker conference up. He made money while he boosted shareholder equity (he has equity in Udemy). This is a play he has run from the playbook. He pattern replicated himself. Google, “Startup Roots”.

DISCLOSURE: I financially benefitted from speaking at Mr Biyani’s event(s)

Dave McClure is a great growth hacker. At each conference he produces, he increases portfolio stock values (of “500”) while he makes money at the door.

Mr McClure is pattern iterating himself. He used and uses Geeks on a Plane to get great fund deal flow. In essence, he’s getting paid to make potential money buying stock at a low price and selling for a higher price.

DISCLOSURE: I go to Dave McClure’s events for free.

Jason Calacanis. All his stuff feeds all his other stuff.

Dan Martell. He founded “Finance for Founders”. He used that franchise that made money to parlay it into growth at “Clarity”. Its a site for mentorship.

Daniel. Ryan. Sy. Justin. Lauren. Nick. And dozens. All ENGR 145 flavored people. All took initial steps in “making money while you make money”

My mentor taught me. My mentor is Mark McCormack.

Me?! I zero out my events so that I specifically do not make money. It is a policy and a principal. Why?! Cuz growth hacking and entrepreneurship is a hobby.

Yes, as a hobbiest, I kick that much butt.

This is another form of Growth Hacking
