Armchair quarterbacking is something I do not do.

It is an American phrase for second guessing and criticizing other CEOs decisions. I refuse to.

But Reed Hastings made a genius maneuver. He paid $100mm for 26 episodes of “House of Cards”. It is two seasons of original programming.
